A friend who is no longer on this earth plane used to call me a Renaissance Woman. At that time, I was bit miffed (ugh .. labels) but now, I appreciate his insight. Spanning multiple industries, academia and healing, I bring over 25yrs of leadership experience. I've had one leg in each sector - corporate and consciousness - for as long as I remember. Well, I lie; the consciousness came first, when my dad passed away when I was eight years old and I started having visitations from him. Corporate came way later ;)

After a fragmented life, I decided to merge my two paths to help others work and live as an integrated whole. So we can transform our work to be an elevated part of ourselves. And we can transform our lives to be an uplifting part of the world. We are the ones we have been waiting for!

Hey, I'm Lav!

I'm an ideator, organizational strategist, an executive coach, entrepreneur, author, speaker and consciousness advocate all rolled into one. My education is interesting, to say the least. I hold degrees in Microbiology, Genetics, Computer Science, Training & Development, and Doctoral work in Adult & Higher Education. I also hold certifications in Coaching, Change Management, Agile and many others. My healing certifications and training are under the Soul bucket below.

Soul

I am trained in a multitude of modalities - Cosmic Channeling, Light Language, Dimensional Healing, Pranic Healing, Color Therapy, Reiki, Sacred Geometry, Quantum Cell Healing, Consciousness Convergence, Somatic EMDR, Brain-Body Therapy, Yoga Nidra and a few others. She utilizes her science background of Microbiology, Genetics, and Anatomy and yoga teacher training to understand the human body and its systems. Her recent training to be a trauma- informed coach shows her motivation to be really present for her clients, holding them in a safe and compassionate space, as they heal & blossom. Lav channels the Galactic Council and the Luminous Light, the indivisible ones of all creation to get clear insight, delivered through encoded Light Language and Consciousness Convergence Healing.

Strategy

I thrive on people development and have built turnkey programs and coached leaders with measurable impact and value. I've also taught Leadership seminars at NCSU & WSU, designed global leadership programs, coached leaders at startups, and academia including MIT, and Fortune 500 companies. My doctoral dissertation was studying the cross-section of culture and education in undergraduate students. It was an ethnography, so I've always been interred in human behavior. My business experience is extensive: a Math & Reading Center for K-12; nuLimina, offering single-gender classes for women & girls; Alyce, a tech startup that was a mentoring marketplace for women and accepted into two big accelerators, and Women Leaders Rising, a cohort based leadership program for corporate women.

Lav Chintapalli is an International Speaker, Leadership & Transformation Advisor and Coach, a Healer and Consciousness Advocate. She is sought after speaker and has done workshops and keynotes nationally as well as internationally. She is published in literary and technical journals. Lav also does a lot of virtual talks and workshops, and speaks on Leadership, Well-Being, Personal Growth, Vision Building for Self & Business, Organizational Culture, Mindfulness, Awareness Intelligence, and thriving in a world of speed and chaos - or an interplay of these themes.
