But guides are helpful during this often confusing, treacherous, and uneven path. As one who has walked this path, I am your guide and conduit. I foster the connection, the growth, and the healing.

SOUL CLARITY
These are single sessions, for clarity and psychic knowing.
If you are looking for single sessions to gain clarity on life, partner, purpose, relationships, selling or buying a house, the land you're on, interesting phenomena that are happening to you, job, business, or you're at a crossroads of decisions and unsure which is path to take, book a spot. Some use these for spiritual re-alignment. These session are more than just information. Rifts are dissolved or paths open up as they present themselves.
SOUL EXPANSION
These are multi-sessions, aimed for knowing and 360 growth.
While the soul is here to evolve, the human is in pain. Trauma, Anxiety, Childhood Wounding or other intense life experiences that overwhelm the body and impede life flow. Other events layer upon the original wounding and the imbalance intensifies. Soul Expansion sessions are a multi-modal approach where we harmonize the disregulation in the body and fields, We help the human in their growth path and the soul in its evolutionary path .
When we enter the sacred space of cosmic consciousness, magic happens.

SOUL CLARITY
Soul Clarity sessions are perfect to get answers for life's dilemma's. Whether you have questions about your career, health, house, life, direction .. nothing is out of bounds. Simply come to the session with questions for areas you want clarity on.
Here a few examples:
Life Flow: If you are stuck in life or relationships, or strange patterns, we get to peek in to see what needs to be healed - generational or blocks or get answers to the way forward.
Purpose Potential: If you are having difficulty in identifying your purpose or a way forward, if you feel stuck in life, if there's an unfulfilled purpose, we can look at your Soul path and see if clearings are needed.
House Whispers: If you are having problems with the house, land, wanting to sell or buy, I can read what's happening, and uncover what the house or land wants or needs.
Inexplicable Patterns: You get this sense that something is not right, something feels off. Perhaps you are experiencing strange stuff, then we see what it's all about.
Unlike most channelers, these sessions are more than just information. If and as they present themselves, we do healing work, remove blocks, dissolve rifts and seed emotions.
SOUL EXPANSION:
Soul Expansion: Soul Expansion can involve many things based on where you are on your own soul growth. This coaching is powerful and 1-1 guidance to help you dissolve the blocks, understand the lessons your soul is here to learn, and transcend the human pain and suffering. We work with body and soul, with the past, present and future, with timelines and dimensions, with the light and the shadow, with the lineage and generational.
We elevate you into your own True-Soul-Path, so you can live in joy, ease, prosperity and abundance. Soul Expansion often requires a release of old wounds, patterns, and suffering, which includes Trauma Healing. We then start to look into your authentic Soul Expression to start to bring out the purpose and joy of you being here!!
Trauma Healing & Regeneration: Intense suffering can lead to fragmentation. When fragmentation happens, we live in a perpetual state of anxiety and un-wellness. The one side of fragmentation is collapse of the past, present and future, and it often presents itself as a collapse of health or career or relationships. These charged events continue to color our experience of life long after they are done. As we already know, trauma and health are interconnected, and associated with chronic illness and pain conditions (Scaer, 2014).
Intense Life Experiences are often stored in the body because the cycle of experience has been disrupted, to be processed later. The body continues to hold that memory waiting for us to get to it: Experiential, Ancestral, Cultural, Karmic, Societal, Paranormal. You may be directly healing for a parent, partner or sibling, or the land you live on, and not even know it! So the healing is also layered.
As a Trauma-Informed Somatic EMDR coach, I use this along with the quantum healing process of Consciousness and Dimensional Healing to not only work with the cognitive aspect (EMDR) but metabolize it from the body (Somatic), and then stabilize you in space and time, and releasing any associated trauma. I seamlessly integrate all of them, and they are all essential for a holistic integration of intense life experiences.
Clearing it out in ALL and as MANY WAYS as possible.
When I was going through my own trauma healing, every round required 3 therapists back-to-back, because my Guides told me so: EMDR therapist, Somatic therapist, followed by a Dimensional Healer to stabilize me in PMESD (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, dimensional). Then I would start the round all over again. It got expensive very quickly, not to mention, exhausting and irritating running around from person to person, having to explain in over and over!
Soul Regeneration: This is deep, intense work. It is a soft unfolding like the delicate dew drops dancing on a lotus petal. It is very important to me that you are held in a safe, nurturing, compassionate space, where we stay vigilant to the unfolding and in reverence to the healing.
A recent client, a seasoned therapist herself said, "You guided me through a beautiful grounding exercise and I felt safe enough to disclose the feelings of transference I was having from a past traumatic relationship. Thank you!"
Personal Experience: I have been down this path myself - from running marathons, teaching yoga, conducting leadership trainings and traveling internationally to speak at conferences to being bedridden, housebound, and having cognitive issues of being unable to comprehend or sometimes speak, and the doctors couldn't help. I have experienced gaslighting from healers who told me to 'just believe'. So I know this journey intimately as I have been there! And my winding, desperate journey to heal myself has been my bootcamp training to help others.
My soul expansion was intimately tied to my body's capacity to hold the energies, and as my soul expanded, my body healed, and as my body healed, my soul expanded.
Often, OUR PAIN IS OUR PURPOSE. I would be honored to help you on your journey!
